The DJ in the first pic is supposedly a P serial number and the second pic is . This was used for the 8L90 transmission in my 2015 Yukon XL Denali. It's recommended to take care of the shudder from the torque converter as well as the hard shifting. My best guess as to why it works is partly because it's a thinner fluid, so it takes less time to circulate through the transmission and do it's thing.

But I do love the deconstructed Romans on the Day-Date, which are interspersed with sticks. If I were to get a Day-Date, I would prefer a bit more contrast, so I’d go for a pristine and glossy white dial. And now that Rolex has brought the deconstructed Roman numerals from the 40mm Day-Date to the 36mm models, I think my favorite version is finally here.
I wasn't aware of different font sizes for the Romans on 218238. If you can get a closer picture of another 218238 with a different dial color, then you can compare.
