i adjusted the buffer in stb emulator and it fixed my slight buffering/stuttering issue go in to the settings/advanced settings the top box is your buffer size adjust that to 1-3 seconds.. All of a sudden my channels 2 days ago would freeze ever few seconds. I used a vpn started working then again the same issue after 12 hours or so What i do notice however is that every time I DO have the problem, the network cache fills to about 16mb instantly when i start the the emulator When the channels are working however, it stays around
