I took it to a boutique in London, they were very helpful and took the watch in. Not sure whether it went to Switzerland or a service center in the UK. If you can't live with it, you have two options. First, you can buy some polywatch and polish off the AR coating, this will remove the scratches if they're only through the AR and not into the sapphire, but you'll lose the AR. The other option is to just have the sapphire replaced.
